Top 3 Flavors would have to be Bahama Breeze, Mango and Cotton Candy!!! I currently have the Pink Grapefruit and the wild Melon. I take it every morning during my 5am/6am Client Trainings to decrease my appetite since its waaaay to early for me to actually eat. Flavors are all great and they blend well. I can personally handle a LOT of caffeine so this definitely DOES NOT get me going to kill a heavy lifting session but it sure does help with the cravings.
