We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a refund.
We cannot accept returns for any items that have been opened.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@bemoxiesupplements.com. Please include your order number and a description of why you want to return your product(s).

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
A reimbursements will be made to the bank or credit card company used for the original purchase minus Shipping Cost and Shipping label Cost once item is received to our facility.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted nor will receive a refund for that item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded minus shipping and label charges on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Any undelivered or damaged goods should go through Shipped, our 3rd party insurance, if insurance was purchased. If no insurance was purchased, we will not refund orders marked as "delivered" by the postal service without a claims ticket documented on their end. Please contact the appropriate postal service to file an investigation before reaching out for a refund. In most cases, orders are delivered within 2 business of postal services claiming order to be delivered.

Near or Expired Items:
All items listed with a discounted price and are listed with an expired date are final sale. No returns, exchanges or store credit will be offered or given. We sell those items to allow customers the freedom to purchase some of their favorite supplements at a lower price, if the plan to consume soon.
